Dr. Jilbert Benjamin Neman
DENTIST & PRACTICE OWNER
Dr. Neman earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree with honors from the University at Buffalo School of Dental Medicine and completed a General Practice Residency at Kings County Hospital Center, where he received advanced training in emergency care, root canal therapy, and implant dentistry.
Having experienced childhood dental trauma himself, Dr. Neman understands the anxiety many patients feel and is known for his gentle, compassionate approach. He is dedicated to improving oral health and creating confident smiles—one patient at a time.
Dr. Neman is an active member of:
- New York State Dental Association
- American Dental Association
He has completed over 250 hours of continuing education since 2017, with a focus on implant placement and restoration and complex endodontic treatment.
He lives with his wife, Leora, and enjoys spending time with their extended family, dogs, and staying active through mountain biking, hiking, kayaking, traveling, and supporting the local community.

Treatment and Billing Coordinator
With 15 years in dentistry and over seven years at Modern Smiles, Lady is known for her upbeat, professional approach and readiness to help patients with any billing questions. She is a proud mother of four, grandmother, and enjoys reading, trying new restaurants, and traveling.

Hygiene Lead
Jisselle brings 17 years of dental experience and has been part of our office for seven years. Her gentle, caring manner ensures patients have a comfortable, pain-free visit. She loves baking, movies, comedy shows, and time with family.

With over five years of customer service experience, Willizabeth warmly welcomes every patient who walks through our doors. She enjoys spending time with friends and family and is a dog mom to her Yorkie, Buttercup.

– Data Entry and Scanning Files
– Cleaning and maintaining waiting room and lounge areas
Required Education/Experience:
